Hi friends ,family and whomever reads this. It’s 2013 and it’s a great year.
I am happy to be alive and well and doing things we want to do.
Looking very forward to all that is coming for me.
Life is great and as we know the only constant we have is change.
Many friends know I love and really enjoy change.

I am looking forward to being back in Encinitas Cal for another surf session and stand up paddleboarding in Coronado as well.
